The Friends of the Fresno County Public Library will hold its annual General Membership Meeting on Saturday, February 27th, 2010, at the Holiday Inn in Downtown Fresno. Dan Pessano will be the keynote speaker at the event. Mr. Pessano is the Co-Founding director of the Good Company Players, and recently opened the Dan Pessano Theatre in Clovis. The annual business meeting and election of officers will take place beginning at 11 a.m., with lunch served at noon. The slate of candidates running for election to the Board of Directors are Nancy Kast, Donnie Gill, Cathy Dunlap, Susan Krikorian and Karin Chao-Bushoven.
